Did not know what to think with the elephant sleeve, but very comfortable.

See my video for a more thorough review. In short: These are soft and cozy and fun. They accommodate well endowed men, until they stand attention, then there's just nowhere to hide in these. Otherwise, they keep everything out in front and make a great impression.

These are really interesting. Super soft and super stretchy, which is great when you have a lot to accommodate. The little sleeve for your dick is bizarre at first, then it becomes fun. As you can see from my video, just wearing these for one day at work sort of stretched out the end of the little sleeve, but that's okay. It's my own fault: I took the opportunity to test what happens when I'm at full attention and I can tell you that, at least for guys as big as I am at full growth, there's nowhere to hide! The pouch, while stretchy, won't take that much, so there's just nowhere to go but straight up, and the sleeve rides about halfway down your shaft. So basically, if you get a boner in these, and you're above average, you're just going to pop straight up out of the underwear. Not necessarily always a problem, just be prepared. Clearly, these are novelty underwear. It's not exactly that they're super functional, though you do have quick access when you need it; just be prepared for some weird looks from curious guys lined up at the urinal who see you pull out your little man all dressed up. LOL And actually, they're very comfortable throughout the day. As you can see from the video, they hold everything in place as long as you don't get excited. There's no real purpose for the tube, except to be fun and interesting, and that's exactly what it is! Only four stars because it doesn't really accommodate men with a little more down there once the bone grows, and I'm never a fan of seams that run right down the middle, because they inevitably make their mark in a way that is sometimes uncomfortable and always unsightly. But in general, this underwear is fun to look at and play with. No regrets for the purchase.

As you can see ☺️ I was very excited to try these new briefs from Mr. Saker. It took a little while for them to arrive, but totally worth the wait. Very comfortable indeed and feel great around the shaft. I’m just worried it will be a while before things calm down if you catch my drift.

These are very comfortable underwear’s! I like that there a place to accommodate the growth. Only issue I found was that my guy tends come out. I like how I can tuck and it is easy to pull up when I have to pee. Overall very comfortable underwear for a man!

Great underwear, only issue is Thay don't initially have a ball pouch I had to cut a small hole through the separation for the pouch and the rest of the underwear, once the hole was made Thay are a solid 5 stars though.

The only thing that would make these perfect is if these exact trunks came in a long boxer briefs option. The trunks tend to ride up a little throughout the day. If they came in the style of long boxer briefs, that wouldn’t happen at all. The freedom and comfort from the pouch is unmatched though! Never felt comfort like this for my man parts before! Make a boxer brief option with this pouch and it will be the only underwear I ever buy for the rest of my life.

These are so fun to wear! I especially like them because for once I feel like I found some underwear that fits my package perfectly. I am not that big and the sheath wraps around my guy like a little burrito and it actually stays that way all day. You can also see that throughout the day, no matter how he is doing, it is a flexible sheath that works for all conditions. I don't think I would recommend this for guys who are real thick, the sheath may be constricting especially if you get excited.

These are very comfortable and are the best I've tried regarding keeping both parts of your package separate and in place.

These are right up there with my favorite dual pouch trunks. For an average size guy "down there," they work better than some brands (like Separatec). They take some getting used to as there is a sleeve for the penis instead of a hole leading to a pouch. Also, they definitely display your package prominently.

The sleeve is too short when erect, but too long when not, and not wide enough. It causes some discomfort every time I switch between the 2 and have to go fix it...but it does make me look good in sweats, all the girls stare and ask for my number, much much more often now

The material is comfortable, and I can’t feel the seams which is great. I like the concept, but my anatomy is too large for the penis pouch or the ball sack pouch. But I am in the 99 percentile. It would probably be fine for guy with average size equipment. Too bad there’s not size options for the penis pouch portion.

I typically wear briefs so I wasn’t sure about the “boy shorts” style. The elastic in the legs is gentle so you don’t get that tight cut off feeling like briefs. Super comfortable and very soft. The waistband is comfortable and doesn’t roll down. I wasn’t sure what I would think of the “trunk” but I actually like it. It is so soft and comfortable and I will definitely be buying more.
